What is expert-i

expert-i is a bespoke web based reporting system specifically developed by The Expert Retail Group for use within the Installation and Merchandising disciplines. The system consists of hand held PDA devices issued to field operatives which communicate directly with our client web application. Field staff record details of completed assignments using the PDA, this includes site specific data, photographs of the completed assignment and signature capture from site. Clients are provided with a secure logon to the web application which they can use to access real time information and to monitor the progress of campaigns.
